We work in a very competitive industry that is plagued by less than impressive business ethics.
Years ago a successful business associate gave me an invaluable piece of advice. He said,
"Business development is a daily learning process, so learn from your experiences and mistakes because one day you will be in a leadership position and have the opportunity to make a positive difference".
I took that advice seriously. Over the years that followed, I made it a point to listen, learn from my mistakes, and always remain steadfast to my beliefs of how a business should be managed. It wasn't until a few years ago that I was able to put my beliefs and theories into action.
My name is Tammy Wright, and I am the Vice President/COO and co-owner of Correct Care, Inc. Our business philosophy as an Emergency Department management company is quite simple:
- Do not make promises you cannot keep
- Work together to accomplish mutual goals
- Build trusting relationships
This industry has to be about quality care and compassion for the patients that we serve and not simply about a bottom line. Emergency Department management is a round the clock job and not one we take lightly. We are working days, nights, weekends, and holidays to ensure our job is done and our clients are happy. We understand this business requires a great deal of individual commitment, dedication and work effort by our employees. Our work ethic is not only the very foundation and reason for our continued success but also what sets us apart.
Correct Care's employees are the most experienced and knowledgeable in the industry. As Chief of Operations, each employee is directly under my supervision to deliver the level of service and seamless support you expect from your ED management Company.
I am in this business because I believe that every day we can make a positive difference in someone's life. Being co-owner of Correct Care means that Correct Care's mission is my mission, and it embodies my beliefs and theories. I truly want to provide the same level of health care that I expect for my own family.
